"From what I hear, CAW cells are places where a husband is held by the neck and neither is he gets FIR'ed or 498a'ed, nor he can live in peace because the threat of coming FIR is held on his and family. He will get counselling, like how to make peace with adulterous wife :-)

This is just to create nuisance and disturbance... so they will be not in peace just as they don't let husbands in peace.

But asking for more CAW cells to be opened based on this advisory, seems real bad idea. A tiger cannot change its stripes. CAW will remain CAW, it won't become a COW!"
